Age Discrimination Attorney Review and Forced Early Retirement Legal Issues.

With today’s economy the way that it is, many employers are seeking ways to cut back on spending and employee expenses.  One way which employers may do this is by removing employees who command a higher salary and benefits due to experience and tenure and tend to be older and replacing them with younger employees who they can often pay just a fraction of the salary.  This is age discrimination and is not legal.

If an employer has fired you, asked you to resign or pressured you into early retirement and you feel it may be because of your age, or if there have been comments made about your retirement and/or high salary, this may very well be age discrimination and you should contact an attorney as quickly as possible.

Feel free to contact our office and we will be more than happy to answer questions regarding your situation and let you know if we can help.
